To alleviate these concerns, various countries have begun regulating the use of this method within the framework of public management. This article is written using a descriptive-analytical approach and draws on library resources. The research findings indicate that most countries have responded to the expansion of automated decision-making by proposing and enacting laws related to data protection. A few countries have regulated automated decision-making within the framework of general administrative law by establishing new laws or amending existing ones. Some have taken a sectoral approach, applying this type of decision-making only to specific areas of public administration. Consequently, establishing a specific, special, and comprehensive regulatory framework to organize this method of decision-making is essential. Such a framework should clarify the situations in which it is used in public management, outline the governing principles for its implementation, and include appropriate guarantees to protect individuals' rights in the context of the right to good administration. استفاده از نظام تصمیم‌گیری خودکار در امور عمومی موجب طرح نگرانی‌هایی در خصوص نحوۀ تضمین حقوق افراد-درصورتی‌که مشمول این نوع تصمیم‌گیری شوند- شده است. به‌منظور کاهش این نگرانی کشورهای مختلف شروع به مقررات‌گذاری استفاده از این شیوه در چارچوب مدیریت عمومی کرده‌اند. این مقاله به روشی توصیفی –تحلیلی و با بهره‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌ای نگاشته شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد اغلب کشورها به گسترش تصمیم‌گیری خودکار با پیشنهاد و تصویب قوانین مربوط به حفاظت از داده واکنش نشان داده‌اند. معدود کشورهایی نیز در چارچوب قواعد کلی حقوق اداری، وضع قوانین جدید یا اصلاح قوانین موجود، نظام تصمیم‌گیری خودکار را مقررات‌گذاری کرده‌اند. دسته‌ای هم با رویکردی ‌بخشی، تنها حوزه‌هایی خاص از ادارة امور عمومی را مشمول اعمال این نوع تصمیم‌گیری دانسته‌اند. در نتیجه وضع یک چارچوب مقرراتی خاص، ویژه و جامع برای نظم‌بخشی به این شیوۀ تصمیم‌گیری که تبیین‌گر موقعیت‌های استفاده از آن در مدیریت عمومی و اصول حاکم بر اجرایی ساختن آن و نیز دربردارندۀ تضمین‌های مناسب به‌منظور حفظ حقوق افراد در جریان حق بر ادارۀ خوب باشد، ضروری است.<br />  https://jplsq.ut.ac.ir/article_102542_6e02b059c08797c6feb493f686a50f61.pdf
