The spread of this phenomenon and its entanglement with gambling and irregular betting has doubled the need to deal with it in a comprehensive way and with the cooperation of stakeholders. This article, with the method of content analysis, intends to deal with the Jurisprudence and judicial policy of the Court of Arbitration for Sport as one of the main pillars of international sports law in combating this phenomenon. This article aimes to provide an accurate evaluation of the rules on this subject and to answer the question whether the the Court of Arbitration for Sport, has created an effective solution to "match-Fixing" in light of the international instruments on corruption. The final evaluation indicates that the jurisprudence of the court has provided effective solutions for combating this phenomenon, but in terms  of preventing it, it seems that it has not yet been able to be effective and useful. پدیدۀ «تبانی در نتیجۀ بازی» به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین تهدیدات، اساسی‌ترین جنبۀ ورزش را که پیش‌بینی‌ناپذیر بودن نتیجۀ بازی است، از بین می‌برد. گسترش این پدیده و گره خوردن آن با قمار و شرط‌بندی‌های بی‌قاعده، ضرورت مقابله با آن را به شیوه‌ای جامع و با همکاری ذی‌نفعان ورزشی، دوچندان نموده است. نوشتار حاضر در نظر دارد با روش تحلیل محتوی، به نقش، رویه و سیاست قضایی دیوان داوری ورزش به‌عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی حقوق بین‌الملل ورزش در برخورد با این پدیده پرداخته و با تجزیه‌وتحلیل آرای صادره، ارزیابی دقیق‌تر و صحیح‌تری از ضوابط و ضمانت اجراهای حاکم ارائه کرده است و به این پرسش پاسخ می‌دهد که رویۀ دیوان با در نظر گرفتن آرای صادره، تا چه اندازه راهکار مؤثری در مقابله با تبانی در نتیجۀ بازی با توجه به راهکارهای موجود در اسناد بین‌المللی مقابله با فساد، ایجاد کرده است. ارزیابی نهایی حاکی از آن است که رویۀ قضایی دیوان، در زمینۀ برخورد و مقابله با این پدیده، راهکارهای مؤثری ارائه کرده، لکن به‌نظر می‌رسد در حوزۀ پیشگیری، رویۀ دیوان، هنوز نتوانسته است خیلی مؤثر و مفید واقع شود. https://jplsq.ut.ac.ir/article_104112_42047d14bd05d0fff6d683e9b1ebde82.pdf
