Cultural rights that have existed in human societies have grown over time. Islamic countries have made up a significant percentage of the international community. Islam shined like a light on the ignorant Arab society without culture, art and civilization and also illuminated its surroundings; In such a way that the east was filled with this radiation. After the advent of Islam, mosques and tombs with authentic religious decorations were built and architecture flourished. Finally, Islamic architecture was created by combining the architecture of the regions that had spread there, and they left a mutual influence on each other's culture and art. The purpose of this research is the mutual influence of Islamic art and architecture on the cultural rights of the second generation of human rights. The descriptive-analytical studies of this writing are based on library data, Islamic thinkers' opinions and international documents. حقوق بشر در هر مصداقی برگرفته از حقوق بشر اسلامی است که در عصر حاضر با تدوین اسناد متنوع از سوی سازمان ملل متحد، اتحادیۀ اروپا، اتحادیۀ آفریقا، سازمان کنفرانس اسلامی و غیره، دارای سه نسل است؛ نسل دوم آن حقوق اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی است. حقوق فرهنگی که در جوامع بشریت وجود داشته، طی زمان رشد کرده است. اسلام از گذشته تا به امروز جزء ادیان بزرگ بوده و کشورهای اسلامی درصد شایان توجهی از جامعۀ بین‌المللی را تشکیل داده‌اند. اسلام مانند نوری بر جامعۀ بدون فرهنگ، هنر و تمدن جاهلی عرب تابید و اطراف خود را نیز روشن کرد؛ به‌گونه‌ای که شرق مملو از این تابش شد. پس از ظهور اسلام، مساجد و مقبره‌هایی با تزئینات اصیل مذهبی ساخته شد و معماری رونق یافت. در نهایت معماری اسلامی با تلفیقی از معماری مناطقی که در آنجا گسترش یافته بود، به‌وجود آمد و نفوذ متقابلی را بر فرهنگ و هنر یکدیگر برجای گذاشتند. هدف از این پژوهش چگونگی تأثیر متقابل هنر و معماری اسلامی بر حقوق فرهنگی نسل دوم حقوق بشر است. مطالعات توصیفی- تحلیلی این نوشتار، بر مبنای داده‌های کتابخانه‌ا‌‌ی، نظریات اندیشمندان اسلامی و اسناد بین‌المللی است.  https://jplsq.ut.ac.ir/article_105651_5439382e9d5b75be5e63c36826c364de.pdf
