Abstract
The right to the city is one of the fundamental human rights in domestic and international documents. But urban planners have spoken more in this area. This can become one of the important issues of citizenship rights; Because urban life is facing a crisis and man has lost his connection with political nature of the city. While explaining the crisis of city, this article deals with why people stop participating in city and deny the city the opportunity to belong to citizens and connect them to the symbols, meanings and traditions of the city. The right to city is an invitation to get out of this situation. The equipment of this exit is to return to the foundation of the city. Recent research shows the importance of symbols and stories in order to create a sense of belonging of people to cities. By participating in the story of the city and redefining the conditions of participation, man gets out of the state of opposition to the city. The important component in this definition is the state of the urban landscape. This article wants to examine the revival of urban bio-participation from a legal point of view.
