Abstract

Different Political, economical, Social and Cultural Attitudes Share one Point In Common and That Is, The origin of huge changes In Political, Social, economical and cultural ties in a country occur through revolution. Therefore, 1n 1979 revolution of Iran, there were three political attitudes including Islamic jurisprudence, Islamic and none Islamic left wing and centrist rightist , Each of which had their own unique interpretation toward the concept of freedom according to their intellectual capacities. this issue became the dominant discourse of the first constitution establishment in Iran after the revolution. Although that discourse ,specially Islamic jurisprudence attitudes which was the dominant thought of first decade after revolution, was affected by liberal democracy’s discourse, it was something different. And No one can claim those were the same. mentioned dominant discourse of those years had impact on constitution making’s attitude and those attitudes can be analyzed by Author’s Hermeneutics.
