Abstract

Pandemic influential axes on the international system from the perspective of international law

Cases such as the global pandemic of infectious diseases will affect all aspects of the international system. Given that international law regulates relations between its subjects and members of the international community, therefore, with the occurrence of a pandemic and the creation of a state of emergency, it is necessary to prevent chaos and jeopardize basic human rights and the law of treaties and Measures should be considered to maintain the sovereignty of governments. In the present article, by describing the pre-crisis, post-crisis and post-crisis stages, various and pandemic dimensions of international law can be analyzed and solutions to turn the crisis into an opportunity for the evolution and development of international law have been presented.
