Abstract

Today, development law is one of the main branches of the engineered science of law that facilitates human achievement of basic needs and is of interest to various nations. Achieving development requires planning that takes place in the form of a planning system. There are various models for achieving development that governments as exercisers of public sovereignty and authority, based on the ideology, ideals, principles and goals of society. Manifested in the constitution and other upstream documents, they plan for development according to a purposeful element. Using a descriptive-analytical method, this article seeks to explain the legal status of development planning in the Iranian legal system and identifies different patterns of development and finally answers the question of which of the development patterns of the legal system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Matches . The findings of this study show that development planning in Iran is not consistent with current economic models, and finally, by explaining the legal system of development planning in Iran, an appropriate model is proposed.
