Abstract
Political crime is a function of the reason and wisdom of the rational legislators of every era, in addition, according to the rule of "supporting the law from social realities", different temporal and spatial conditions and the conditions of the political society also contribute to the occurrence of political crime and its type. The political system's approach to political crime is very effective. Although today, political crime is in the pendulum between the right to freedom of expression and freedom of criticism, as well as security crimes such as propaganda against the regime and subversion, but some countries are basically not sympathetic to the existence of a category called political crime. In any case, the main problem of the present article is on the relationship between political society and political crime in relation to the three categories of "occurrence of political crime", "identification of political crime" and "the impact of political crime on political society". This article achieves results with a descriptive and analytical approach and using library studies; One of them is that the relationship between political crime and the inefficiency of the political system is consistent, and on the other hand, the concept of political crime is a relative and fluid concept and is completely affected by the political society and the understanding of the political society.
