The concept of citizenship rights is one of the most important issues in contemporary society. Among these, one of the most critical issues is citizenship rights related to green spaces and pedestrian walkways. The present study aims to identify those civil rights that are in some way related to urban green spaces and parks. This research is qualitative in nature and uses a descriptive-analytical methodology. The data for the study were analyzed based on two fundamental principles: the principle of human dignity (karamah) and the principle of no harm (la zarar), with reference to relevant legal documents and regulations. The results of the study show that numerous civil rights related to urban parks and green spaces can be identified under the principles of karamah and la zarar. Rights such as providing facilities for people with disabilities, allocating special spaces for women's sports, providing basic services, and expanding green spaces can be attributed to the principle of karamah. Meanwhile, obligations such as avoiding damage to green spaces and public property and respecting the rights of others fall under the principle of la zarar. The recognition of such rights should be incorporated into existing legal frameworks.
