Abstract

The sport of football is designed based on a set of rules known as the Laws of the Game. The rules of the game govern the activities of players and coaches on the field. This sport also has regulations to monitor union violations, rights and contractual obligations of members, which are referred to as football regulations. In this article, we are going to examine what is the status of the said regulations? And according to their characteristics, can they form an independent legal system called football rights? This research, with a practical objective way and studying the regulations of both FIFA and the Iranian Football Federation. Considering the history of FIFA and how it was formed, we intend to explain the point of view that due to the special nature of football regulations and their characteristics, these regulations are subject to transnational rules and, as a rule, an independent legal system under the title of football laws should be designed for that. did The reason for this issue should be found in the codified regulations, strong resources including dynamic judicial procedure and the use of general legal principles that are common among all legal systems.
