Human rights In every case are derived from Islamic human rights, which in the present era has three generations with the compilation of various documents by the United Nations, the European Union, the African Union, the Organization of the Islamic Conference, etc.; The second generation is economic, social and cultural rights. Cultural rights that have existed in human societies have grown over time. Islamic countries have made up a significant percentage of the international community. Islam shined like a light on the ignorant Arab society without culture, art and civilization and also illuminated its surroundings; In such a way that the east was filled with this radiation. After the advent of Islam, mosques and tombs with authentic religious decorations were built and architecture flourished. Finally, Islamic architecture was created by combining the architecture of the regions that had spread there, and they left a mutual influence on each other's culture and art. The purpose of this research is the mutual influence of Islamic art and architecture on the cultural rights of the second generation of human rights. The descriptive-analytical studies of this writing are based on library data, Islamic thinkers' opinions and international documents.
