Political education, as a fundamental theory, is the process of intergenerational transmission of values that facilitates the stabilization and sustainability of the political system. The implementation of this theory, in the form of a legal process, involves the establishment of derivatives in constitutional laws. The Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, assuming the necessity of stabilizing governance within the Islamic system, has established principles to ensure the consolidation of Islamic governance during the implementation of this process. One of these principles is principle 26 of the Constitution, known as the principle of organization and party formation. The main question of this research is, how is the realization of political parties in the Islamic system analyzed as a necessity arising from the process of political education? The findings of this article, gathered through an analytical method utilizing library resources, attest to the fact that political parties, as a principle derived from the fundamentals of political governance, firstly hold an authentic place in the Islamic legal system, for which no alternative can be conceived, and fundamentally differs from the definition of a party in the epistemological foundation of liberal democracy. Secondly, the most important necessity for consolidating the political system and Islamic governance, which recognizes diversity and various opinions around the axis of Islamic sovereignty, can only be achieved through the realization of political parties.
